Suggest a Program
Have an idea for a program — or a skill you'd like to share as a guest presenter? We'd love to hear it.
What happens next
- The library cannot guarantee that we will be able to have the event, but our programming staff always appreciates new ideas and suggestions!
- Presenters: we can't guarantee you'll be scheduled, but we always appreciate making connections with presenters in the area.
- Programs we host appear on the events calendar.
Guest presenter guidelines
- No promoting your business or products (authors & performers may talk about and sell their own books or media)
- No collecting attendees' names, addresses or phone numbers; after the program you may give business cards to anyone who asks
- The library handles publicity: don't publicize a program without staff approval
- We may name your affiliation in our promotions; that's an acknowledgement, not an endorsement
- Presenters sign the JCL Photo Release form, unless a contract with JCL already covers it · Guest presenters policy · Photo release policy
